 This two bedroom deluxe ocean view cottage with a loft was contructed in 2001 and is the largest cottage on the resort. Perfect for larger groups or families, this cottage is very roomy and has a large patio overlooking the water, stained cedar siding, down comforters on the king and queen bed, and a CD stereo system. Take a 1-minute walk and be on the beach from this cottage. Parking for this cottage is on the south side of the building. This cottage is rated for four guests with a maximum occupancy of seven. This is a no pet/no smoking cottage.
 Living area: The living area has wood floors and pine interior, electric heat, wood-burning stove, a CD stereo system, large dining table and chairs, a queen size futon, coffee table, and a comfy reading chair and love seat. There is also a TV with satellite reception and a DVD player. This living area is especially bright, cheerful, and well-lit.
 Kitchen: The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. This kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and utensils for six people. Special items (i.e., large crab boiling pots, glass ovenware, etc.) may be available at the store, so be sure to ask if you need something that is not normally provided in the cottage. Bathroom. This cottage includes a full bathroom with towels and certain toiletries included. The large sink is located outside the shower/toilet area. Bathroom Inventory
 Bedrooms: This cottage has two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed w/ pop-out window. Both the king and queen beds have down comforters. There is electric heat in each bedroom. The bedrooms are situated on the southwest and southeast end of the building. All linens are provided.
 Master bedroom w/ loft: Very popular with the kids, the loft has a twin bed and a reading chair with a great view of the water from the window. The king bed with down comforter are located just below the loft.
 Patio: This cottage's covered patio is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ with spatula, grill fork, and brush. A firepit with chairs is located right outside the cottage with a great view of the water and sunsets.
